Answers to the most common questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Gereedschapsportaal works in the browser, on your computer and on your phone too.
Can we bring over our existing list?
Yes. You can import an existing tool list from Excel or CSV.
Can other customers see my data?
No. Every customer has its own environment, and the data is strictly separated from that of other customers.
Who manages the users?
Your own customer administrator. They invite colleagues and decide which role each person gets.
Can a technician request something themselves?
Yes. Technicians have their own technician portal on their phone and submit requests there themselves.
Does it work with SafePAT inspections?
Yes. You can import the SafePAT export file; other inspection files in Excel or CSV can be imported too.
What plans are available?
