Privacy statement

The demo form

If you request a demo or fill in the contact form, we store the following data:

• your name;
• the name of your company, if you enter it;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you enter it;
• the number of employees, if you select it;
• your message, if you enter one;
• the IP address from which the form was sent.

What we use that data for

We use your data only to contact you about your request and to be able to make you a proposal. We keep the IP address so that we can detect and prevent misuse of the form. We do not sell your data and do not use it for any other purpose.

We ask for your consent via the tick box in the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep data

We keep the data from your request no longer than necessary to handle your request. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so.

Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work: a session cookie and a security cookie that protects forms against misuse. They expire after a few hours. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load any third-party content. That is why we do not ask for consent for cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Data in the customer environments

This statement covers the website. Data that customers record in their own Gereedschapsportaal environment is held in that environment and is strictly separated from the data of other customers.
